The Integrated Multidisciplinary Program to Address Childhood Trauma (IMPACT) is a Clark County School District–sponsored program that provides school-based mental health services for students while addressing behavioral and emotional challenges. IMPACT partners with schools to deliver counseling, behavioral support, and therapeutic interventions in a familiar school setting. By integrating mental health services into the school day, the program helps reduce barriers to care and supports student well-being, academic engagement, and positive behavioral outcomes.
